Hello Loves!

How are You? What are you feeling? What are the screaming voices in your head saying right now?

I have been getting really CURIOUS about all the things I am experiencing inside my Self these last few weeks… months. Being more aware of feelings arising and memories coming to the surface with them. Where are they all hanging out when I am not aware of them? The answer… usually in my gut! And my brain is really good at compartmentalizing and hiding things away until just the right moment to reveal them. Sometimes when I become aware of the things inside it feels extremely uncomfortable, painful. And then, I am reminded that we as a Collective are experiencing ALL this discomfort together. Our collective discomfort and subsequent transformation in this physical realm is a direct reflection of the fearful feelings we are ALL carrying inside currently… AND… these current fears coming to the surface are here to show us what we’ve been carrying from the past all this time. They offer the opportunity to acknowledge them, welcome them, breathe with them, and release them.

What has been up for Review and Release for me is the feeling of anger and it is sprinkled with the fear of rejection with hurt and resentment as the cherry and whipped cream on top. I have all these memories rising up from the depths of my BEing to support me in seeing the Truth of Me, clearly.

Like seriously… I am not any of the things that I “think” I am, or should I say what my brain or ego might believe that I am.

My only purpose here in this body, on this planet, is to BE, Jessica Neideffer. That’s it. That is All. I am not here to impress anyone. I am not here to be something someone else “thinks” I should be. I am not here to please anyone. I am not here to regret anything either. I am here to be ME… Unadulterated ME and that is more than enough… that is perfect. And knowing this TRUTH makes life so much easier to move through.

I encourage EveryOne to tap into their truth and start living it with the knowing that you are able to change it up whenever you choose or when the perspective is shifted. You Do You while feeling into each decision. Remember, every experience we have happens after we make a decision. We are being asked to FEEL into our body and pay attention to the messages it is giving us and THEN respond or act.
