Join Us for this Monthly Workshop as we prepare for our Week Long Retreat in Mexico, June 20-27th!

Cheryl Robledo and Jessica Neideffer will lead you through a series of workshops that will allow you to explore the Dark and Light within our Self on a deeper level through Intention, Movement, Sound Healing and Hands On Energy Work.

We'd love for you to join us in Mexico AND it is not a requirement to participate in these workshops. We invite you to take a look at your Self from a different perspective in a safe space and commUnity. Each month will have a different theme and will guide us into other aspects of our Self.

The exchange for the following workshops will be $45 per person. Please bring your yoga mat, blanket and/or pillow to make sure you are comfortable during the experience.
