Say YES to Deep Rest. Self-care is an essential part of our well-being. During this workshop, Jessica and Jennifer will guide you through a nourishing Meditation and Sound Healing session. Our time together is designed to create a space of rest and calming for the body and mind with the intention of restoring balance and wholeness within. Participants are encouraged to bring a blanket and bolster or pillow. There will be a limited supply available at the venue.
Jessica Neideffer has been studying and practicing energy work and sound healing since 2007. She continues to hone her skills and learn with other practitioners to become more aware in her practice allowing her to be of service to all types of people. Jessica is devoted to healing on this journey and works with Sound and Intention to connect with people reminding them of their own innate ability to heal their Self from within, one thought, one action, at a time.
Jennifer Williams is a meditation guide and well-being educator, supporting others to remember their essential nature of wholeness, health, and connection. Using a meditative approach, she supports others to discover tools to "live meditation", inviting more mindfulness and presence into daily life.
