The 4 Part Series will focus on an Element each month... Earth, Water, Air, and we will finish with Fire!
This month will focus on AIR and feeling lighter in our bodies in all of our experiences. If someone is feeling like they're not able to soar through life, it's usually because a person believes they're not able to fly and that their physical body is all that we experience here.
If you want to remember how to fly through life experiences, then come spend an hour with Us and set some new intentions!
We will work with the sounds of Crystal Singing Bowl Instruments to connect with our natural rhythm and create a space for deep rest. I will share Tools to support you when you’re not in session with me as well!
Suggested Donation is $25 per person. Please bring your yoga mat, pillow and blanket to make sure you are as comfortable as possible during the session.
All proceeds will be donated to my non-profit The Adara Collective to support the workshops I share in prisons and with at-risk youth.
