Please join us for an afternoon of Intention, Creation, Sound and Healing!

During the first part of this Spring Equinox Workshop, Kristina will guide you in the creation of your own personal essential oil blends to help amplify your intentions for the year. She will also show you how to create your own Crystal Grid that will be used as a powerful ally in all your creative projects. This is a hands-on workshop allowing your inner child to play and create something magical while having FUN in the process!

All materials for this portion will be provided for YOU.

The second half of the workshop, Jessica will guide a sound healing session weaving in the INTENTIONS that the group will set as they create their oil blends and crystal grids. We will infuse our creations with the amplification of these desires through the sounds of the Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls. We will reset our bodies response system and allow for clearing to occur as we create new within. You will experience Deep Rest and feel Rejuvenated after receiving the session. There will also be time for sharing, guidance and interpretations of what we experience.

Exchange is $175 per person. Please bring your yoga mat, pillow and blanket to make sure you are as comfortable as possible during the session.

BIO - Jessica Neideffer - AGADA ENERGY HEALING

After a profound experience at the age of 31, Jessica realized that she was meant to support herself and others in healing on a deeper level. Since this moment in 2007, Jessica began studying and practicing energy work and sound healing. She became more conscious of what her body was asking for and began working with Healers, Shamans and other Mentors to assist her in the healing process. Through her own research and life experience, she found that a combination of diet, exercise, and energetic healing practices was the key. Jessica supports her clients in BEing Clear, Centered and Grounded in their experiences.
