Please join us for an evening of Intention and Sound. Let go of what no longer serves you in a safe place of commUnity. We work with the sounds of Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls to connect with our natural rhythm and create a space for deep rest.

Please bring your yoga mat, pillow and blanket to make sure you are as comfortable as possible during the session.
