Join us in peaceful Puerto Morelos, Mexico next month (Nov 6-13) for daily yoga, meditation & sound healing. We will learn exercises to help us create new patterns as we let go of our old ways and move forward with different intentions. We will open to new opportunities and step into our full potential. We will work on manifesting our dreams into this physical world.

You will also experience a traditional Temezcal (sweat lodge) in the jungle of Tulum and visit archaelogical sites and swim in cenotes (large natural spring water wells)...
