It is designed to help you deepen into your Self as we visit some of the powerful energy centers there to support us in shifting out of the ordinary and into the extraordinary! This is NOT your typical retreat!

The Reclaim Your Power Retreat is designed with the intention of connecting our hearts and minds while learning and practicing tools that support us in navigating our continual healing process in the most profound and beneficial way.

You will learn new ways of clearing emotions from your body, creating Safe Space, and allowing your Self to experience other aspects of You as you never imagined! Maybe even remember how to BE Clear, Centered and Grounded? Are You Ready?

You will also experience Deep Rest during my Signature Sound Healing Sessions!

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE:

~ Daily guided meditations that will teach you how to be clear and more aware of your energy (attitude) throughout your day and how to shift if you find yourself in an unloving space.

~ Release what’s holding you back from living your highest potential. We will have the opportunity to partake in a traditional temazcal, known as a sweat lodge, in the jungle of Tulum. Guided and supported by shamans.

~ Receive a Signature Deep Rest Sound Healing Session every day of our classes together.

~ Practice Yoga classes taught by licensed and experienced, local instructors for all skill levels.

~ Nurture your body with delicious local cuisine served at our private villa. We offer vegetarian and vegan options too!

~ Day long excursions to educate and immerse your Self in Mexican culture.

~ Visit an ancient archaeological site where we meditate in the energies of the space and connect with our ancestors. We will work with its energy as our support in releasing what no longer serves us and remember how to do so in the most loving way.
