In Person:

You are welcome to make appointments anytime. I recommend checking in with the body and notice if there are any symptoms to be aware of and what they might represent before coming in.

You will rest on a massage table, fully clothed, covered with a blanket while I work with you to let go of what no longer serves (i.e. feelings of anger, frustration, sadness, physical pain). The session is facilitated at my office in downtown San Jose. We work together to become aware of what you would like to move through during our time together. You will experience Reiki and Sound Healing during this session.

Virtual:

You will rest in the comfort of your home while I work with you to let go of what no longer serves (i.e. feelings of anger, frustration, sadness). We work via an online Zoom call to discover any limitations and release pain or discomfort from the body as well. You will experience Reiki and Sound Healing in this session.
